It doesn't proc off 90% of our heals. I don't actually know why anyone suggests any points in it unless they simply read the tooltip and assumed it worked and never bothered to check the actual up-time they achieve with it.
All guides? I suggest 0 points in it, always have.

Pre-release it seemed like a must have feat line with its current description. It just turned out to be a lemon. They really need to take a lesson from grinding gears on how to be detailed and specific in their descriptions.
Or I suppose grinding gears needs to take a lesson from cryptic since people have blown good amounts of AD learning how things actually work.
GGG is top of there game atm when it comes to theorycrafting and delivering ingame mechanics...the game is stil flawed, but tbh i can see it reach much more potential then NWN....(i might be wrong and happy so...)
Petram Sacram - I am no devine cleric, i am a Gaurdian fighter in disguise with better threat and supportive spells -

It only trigger with HEAL power. Which means, Sun Burst, Forgemaster's flame(Divine), Bastion of Heal...
If there's no HEAL in green mentioned in tooltip description, it will not trigger...
I think the reason that ppl believe it will work is because they saw cleanse all the time and thought Devine Advantage would be trigger with the same mechanism~
I use 5/5 Divine Advantage. I can confirm it works (even on myself) using SunBurst. With SunBurst having an 8s cooldown that is 5 out of every 8 seconds that mobs don't get combat advantage....very very nice IMHO.
The alternative is more divine power generation which I don't have any issues with.
Edit: Retract my statement...I tried with SB this morning and it doesn't proc Divine Armor...on me at least
