Game is overcharging on the zen

I bought zen for 18,99 euro and i got charged for 20,15 and as i am checking this with a previous buy its the same with the 4,99 euro i got charged 5,30 euro could you please explaine this and would all other players check there buy's just to make shure its not my mistake.
