Where do visual enchantments such as Flaming/Lightning or Plague Enchantments drop?
Ie. how do you get them at all?

    You get them as drops in Epic dungeons.

    Be warned, you will need a $10 ward from the zen shop if you want to actually make one, they have a 1% chance to craft otherwise.

    Or try your luck on the AH bidding system, where things kinda dont work with bids.

    You can get a ward by using up 7 Celestial Coins for free. No idea about its drop rate. If anything this game is Pay4Convenience, Pay4Style, and P2GrindLess not P2W.
