BUG: Items are Belt Rings.

These 2 belts are also rings. They are equippable in the waist slot, not the ring slot, but the description says otherwise.

Speaking as a wizard myself, a wizard obviously did this. I must learn this magic. As a devious wizard, I would love to try this spell out on say, a necklace..or a bracelet...or a belt...while someone is wearing it. I'll just have to figure out a name for this variant of the spell. Perhaps Arnham's Amputation? Any suggestions?
