Feature Foundry all in French and Best one are bad!

What is up with all the Feature Foundry in French? Like all of them? It's horrible because the Game is in English and you can't understand any of this quest and a lot of them are Bugs.
Also all the best Foundry Quest are also repetitive, boring and a lot of Bugs, like I'm a Slayer where I almost completed it, then at the last Part it ask me to go to Protector Enclave and there were 2 on the map. The main one there no NPC Path and the ? new one it doesn't let me go there. Nothing happen when choose it.
The Foundry I find that are really good are on a separated Instance on the the world map for it, this way no confusing, go in the instance do your stuff and done. Not the one go around like a mad monkey everywhere on main map none instance looking for NPC. However, all the Best one on the Tab make it none instance and it bug as hell.
