Buying Guild Bank Slots?

Ok, Guild Bank slots cost a metric crapload of AD. A 2nd Bank Slot costs 300,000. But AD cannot be traded by characters, and there is currently no way to deposit or donate AD toward a Guild Bank slot, so this is a burden a single character must shoulder.

Are there any plans to change this up? Maybe make this work like a Fleet Starbase project in STO, where members can donate toward unlocking the project? Because that's a LOT of AD to need. Even assuming I was making max AD per day (which I'm not), that would be two weeks worth of AD accumulation.

Hopefully this is something that will be tweaked in the very near future.

bloody good question!! There needs to be a way for guildmembers to contribute AD to the guild

What we've done is have one trusted guild member work with you via the AH. They put up something relatively worthless for a really high buyout (like 100k AD for a level 1 rune or basic crafting component). You buy it out.

Note that the AH takes a ten percent cut, so if you want to make a 100k donation, make the buyout price high enough to cover that.

The direct contribution thing has already been mentioned and passed along to the devs (that thread is buried a dozen pages down from here already tho)
