Pary leaders and being able to kick ppl out in pvp

So quesd up with 2 other friends for pvp and as always the peron who solo ques gets party lead, get 3/4 of the way through a terrible pvp match and he decides to start trash talking me and then kicks me out ? i get nothing for the match and my friends are out a healer. how is this right? total waste of my time that someone wants to blame all their bad plays on me and gets the right to kick me ?? i really think that should have some looking into totaly messed up....
