Getting left out of Dungeons/Skirmishes?

I have started partying with a friend and we que together on dungeons and skirmishes. Its mainly dungeons but when it comes time to accept 1 or both of us do not warp to the zone and then it seems there is no way to enter. Whats more is when this happens we can not leave the party. We have to log out then back in order for the leave party option to actually work. We are low lvl so we just been doing them 2 man till this is resolved.. Unless anyone else has a solution.

    This bug is very annoying. It keeps ruining skirmishes and arena matches. I would hope this is a high priority to fix.

    I just had the same bug 3 times in a row for cragmire crypt, very aggravating when you been waiting for a group for a while.
