Control Wizard Advice

Hello all!

I am a lvl. 40 Control Wizard (Thaumaturge Paragon). I was hoping that fellow CW's could shed some light on questions I have. I would greatly appreciate any advice concerning actions/damage etc.

My focus has been on: Recovery, Armor Pen., and Deflection.

So far, I have maxed my feats in Control Actions, and went into the damage Paragon. When questing solo, I do fairly fine, but I do encounter problems with Elites accompanied by side mobs. My power order is Sudden Storm (tab), Chill Strike, Entangling force, Shield, Chilling Cloud, and Ray of Frost. Daily Ice Knife and Ice Storm.

My questions are:

1. How can I increase my damage output more effectively? More Crit.?
2. I currently have three pieces of armor equipped with Recovery to cut down my Encounter times, (about +60/+110) is that good, or should I increase it?
3. Action orders to dispatch Mobs Questing, Dungeon, or PvP that you use to effectively dispatch mobs?

When soloing PvE always have Chill Strike in your Tab. It stuns the target and does a great AoE on the trash mobs around it, to the point that few hits from Magic Missile will finish them off. You can then finish the more powerful Elite or other creature.
