Divine mode is broken

For some reason, my Divine Mode as Cleric is broken. I cannot cast Punishing Light or Soothing Light while in Divine Mode, and Punishing Light doesn't even replace my left click on the at will bar during Divine mode anymore. One day I just logged in and it was like this.
