Unable to log into game itself...

Is anyone else having an issue where they can't log into the game itself, but they can log into the forums/their accounts without any problems? As of today, I can't log into the game because it's telling me that my user name/password is invalid, but if I log onto the forums/my account... It logs in just fine. :eek:

    Yep same problem here. I went to reset my password, and that doesn't seem to work either...

    Ugh! I just restarted the game and it's now working. What the heck. /sigh

    Check to see if you have accidentally hit your caps locked key. This happens to me with frequency.

    I have also had times where I was unable to log in despite being sure that my caps lock key was NOT interfering(I checked) and I took particular care typing in the password to be sure that I had done it correctly. And, as in your case, it eventually seemed to fix itself. I ascribed that to a bug/glitch within the game or launcher itself.

    I managed to get into the game BUT...

    Was running a dungeon and suddenly it started to say "server not responding" for around 7 seconds. After that, lag-festival started. With a ping around 500 - 2000 it was unplayable (normally i have a ping around 100-150)

    It all started after this patch. Haven't had any issues in the past.

    Can anyone PLEASE tell me just how to start the game. I have downloaded the ARC on two computers and when I press play, all I get are advertisements telling me to add new things to my characters and purchase stuff. This is my first online game ever. I just want to check it out and experience it first before having to buy a bunch of accessories. I was told that I have to get through a tutorial first, but where the heck is the tutorial? There are absolutely no simple step by step instructions to help a person who's totally new to all this get started. I even contacted support and told them this and they responded by saying, "you must do the tutorial first". I wanted to yell, "well no ****!" where the hell is the tutorial????

    I managed to play the game for a few hours 3 days ago and it hasn't worked since. I can't use Arc since when I click play it brings up the NW tab on my taskbar but no window for the game materializes, then if I try to launch it using the game client it never connects to the login server. I've tried multiple reinstalls and it still won't work. It's a good thing I noticed this before I decided to waste my money on packs.
