Queue system bug

I'm sure this has been reported over and over, but I'm going to report it again because it is rather annoying. When a party queues for an event, dungeon, PvP or whatever. Half of your party will not port into the instance. The other half is stuck and everyone is unable to leave the party. The only way to hope to occasionally get out of the party is to shut the client all the way down, reboot and try again. Most of the time the bug persists, even if you join a brand new queue.
