pvp bugging out

after the latest patch me and my friend and alot of other ppl are having an issue of not being ported into the pvp arena .. some dev help would b good on this issue

any solutions from ppl?

i have re logged multiple times
i have have logged onto another char qued for pvp there and it worked logged back and get a que for one match and then it bugs again
