PVP - lead / votekick SUGGESTION.

I have a suggestion. Let me first start out by saying you guys have worked very hard to create an amazing game, that I have turned 5 other people into playing and we really dig it. We understand it is BETA so we are flexible of course.
My friends and I communicate a lot in PVP. I don't expect pug's to. However if someone is AFK or Trolling, can you do one of 2 things to help us, try to have fun, and enjoy it?
Option 1> Please give lead to the PRE-MADE group. If you have 3 or more members in your group, don't give the lead to the one guy that is not in the group. Those are the ones that quit/give up/afk and troll the group when they are huffing and puffing because we are losing (within 2 minutes into the game). They should not have lead and the group should be able to kick an AFKr for those reasons.
Option 2> VOTE KICK - If not providing lead to the pre-made members, how about a vote kick feature so we can vote that member out that is AFK/trolling.
These are the people that really screw up PVP for everyone. They HARM your company by causing people to leave the game for what ever reason, and screws everyone else over from the points you once gave out because of ONE person.
