Missing a bag! HELP!

On my second character I'm missing the first bag you get from quests in Blacklake.
When I was low level I did some Foundry and some PVP so probably I leveled up to fast and skipped some quests

I tried speaking to all NPCs involved in that quest series but noone will give me a quest!
My journal states i've finished "Finding Honor" and the next quest in the serie should be "The trail of the Crown".

Any help would be really appreciated, thxs

    Zoey Fargo gives to us one, in the first quests zone of Blacklake after we've finished the investigation of some Nasher's den.
