Multiple Rogues' bleed still doesn't stack

This bug has been around for over a week already. Rogues' Duelist's Fury bleed used to stack but after a certain patch, it stopped stacking. Instead of each individual Rogue getting their own 10 stack of bleed, it's 20 stacks from 1 Rogue. Whomever gets the bleed on first, the stacks will go to until it falls off.
