Now, this probably should be added to a sticky. Because there IS A WORKAROUND FOR THE TELE BUG. I REPEAT THERE IS A WORK AROUND!
PvE: If you do not get the teleport when queuing for dungeons, log out and back in. There will be a button that appears at the top of your screen labeled "Return to Instance" Clicking this should teleport you to the instance. If this does not work. Change map instances and then relog again. ***Note - This does not work 100% of the time. I have gotten around a 90% success rate though***
PvP: Queued for PvP and it didn't teleport you? Can't quit party and party leader won't kick you? Change instances and leave party. It's as simple as that. There is no way currently to fix it to teleport you to the PvP arena, but you can leave, saving both yourself and the team of a headache inducing situation.
