Missing a bag! HELP!

On my second character I'm missing the first bag you get from quests in Blacklake.
When I was low level I did some Foundry and some PVP so probably I leveled up to fast and skipped some quests

I tried speaking to all NPCs involved in that quest series but noone will give me a quest!
My journal states i've finished "Finding Honor" and the next quest in the serie should be "The trail of the Crown".

Any help would be really appreciated, thxs

Always start and end with Sgt. Knox if you aren't sure where to go. Is your quest trail turned on? If you have the quest it should point you to the next location. Did you complete all the Protector's Enclave instances leading up to Blacklake? Did you do the wererat sewers just inside Blacklake? Might also try the wiki to see if the quest is listed there yet.
