Regarding Race Changes and Re-rolling Ability Scores

I'm wondering if there are any plans to offer race changes or original ability score re-rolling via the Zen store eventually. I really wasn't aware of the impact that these things could make regarding the game when i began, and now that I enjoy playing it this option would be very welcomed. Other MMO's have race change's, and original ability scores really matter quite a bit.
