Different leadership reward for same task?

Not sure if it's a bug or intended, but one of my characters gets 400 AD and 75 job xp for Protect the caravan, while another gets 200 AD and 82 job xp instead. (for reference, the base is supposed to be 200 AD and 75 job xp)

Anyone else has a similar situation, or have some insight on why this is so?

Some characters are bugged and still get the 2x AD bonus from the weekend.

Ah.... so.... can I continue doing AD tasks then (for the specific character), now that I know it's a bug? I mean, it is technically exploiting, but not doing it means I'm losing out on AD..
