Launcher cannot start

"Web Navigator

Cannot donwload launcher_login from launcher.playneverwinter.com.

It was not possible open the site. The site is not avaliable or was not found. Try again later."

Since this morning. Tried firewall, tried reseting Pc/modem/etc/etc/etc...

Anything else ?

    I have had the exact same issue since yesterday - tried a clean install (after another download) no help.

    No workaround worked until now... 3 days without login.

    Anyone could confirm if it s something about browser/java or someting like that may cause this issue?

    I did have same problem. Windows updates 14.05.2013 was the reason for this problem. I rolled back my win7 to previous config before those updates and now all works.

    I was able to fix this by doing something I do not like - I had to install Internet Explorer (normally I have Chrome and Waterfox).

    Well,look at that ! At last a post about my problem. The same happens here. A few days ago I got the same message (only in Dutch, becaus I AM Dutch). I send a ticket, but got no answer yet. I have deleted the whole game, including all registerthingies, did a clean install ,with and without a firewall, with and without a virusscanner, but nothing changed.
    I am using Win7 and opera, but is it launching via a browser ??????

    Edit: Poronpurija's post helped indeed :: I rolled back to an earlier installation, and it worked !! I am not sure what will happen when windows will update itself... :confused:

    Edit 2: The problem came back,due to the automatic update of win7. I dont want to return to a previous checkpoint every time I want to play,so I hope it can be solved......
