The leadership behind Eminence Gaming has been playing together since 2007, conquering the bleeding edge of content in EQ, EQ2, WoW, TOR, GW2 and now NWO. The guild has existed under various names and on multiple servers, but at its core remains a constant: the commitment to quality gaming, a close-knit atmosphere, small rosters and accomplishing great things with minimal hours played (leaving room for real life and all that goes with it). To do this we recruit only the most focused and mature. Leave your ego at the door, and put your game face on.
We are older players with families and real jobs, so our time is precious to us. Our guild atmosphere is friendly and relaxed, but to the point: everyone here is an extremely experienced former endgame raider. We're old school hardcore gamers, whose real life priorities have moved ahead of gaming; but the quality level remains unchanged from our bleeding edge days. Anything we do, we intend to do well, and to have fun while doing it.

Applicants must be at least level 50 to apply.
Monday, May 27th group priority will be given to level 60 members with T2 equivalent gear.
Must be willing to actively check and participate on the forums.

Must work well in a team based atmosphere.
Must perform well under pressure, and be able to maintain a positive, friendly attitude.

→ Don't be an jerk to your guildmates. There is always someone better than you--never forget it.
→ Don't be an jerk to non-guildmates. When you wear our tag, you represent us. Don't do it poorly. Official forums included.
→ Stick to your commitments. If you say you'll show up at a certain time, show up at that time.
→ Work smarter, not harder. That's how we accomplish more with less, and in record time. Learn to research and theorycraft on your own time.
→ When real life gets in the way, learn to communicate. Nothing is more annoying than someone who doesn't get in touch with the guild if they can't make a prior commitment.
→ Participate. You're in a guild. Be social, get to know each other, learn to love Mumble. Guilds that play together more frequently, do better and progress farther.
→ We use Mumble for voice communication. Mandatory download.
→ Don't bring up gearscore. Gearscore is what pugs use to determine the base quality level of a gamer's equipment. What gearscore does not reflect is appropriate stat choices or skill level.

Currently there are no scheduled guild nights, as the game in its current state does not lend itself to a typical raiding schedule. Instead expect a slightly more relaxed schedule. The guild is currently running progression content (T2 and above), multiple times a week. Roughly two weeks from now (Monday, May 27th), we expect members to have reached level 60 and to have attained a full set of T2 or higher equivalent gear. Official scheduled progression events will begin at that time.
In the event raids are added to Neverwinter, a more formal schedule will be added. Please note, however, EG does not raid 5-6 days a week. Been there, done that, decided to do better--did better. One of the core beliefs of this guild is more with less; we've consistently proven this model in multiple games, most notably with a top 200 World Ranking in WoW (WotLK; Arthas HM 10 & 25). We intend to keep it that way..

Guild is primarily composed of Founders. Currently building our roster and powerleveling to 60 in anticipation of T2 content. We are currently not recruiting Control Wizards or Trickster Rogues. Spots for GWFs are extremely limited, though applicants with exceptional MMO endgame experience will be considered. All other classes are welcome to apply.

I've done a lot of heroic progression in wow, mostly competing for server first in frostwolf/stormscale. Ranks in top 10-50 World of logs regularly. Also 2400+ Rating experienced pvper. Can validate all this through my armory and my mates who is still currently playing wow.
Pretty much looking for a new home with like minded individuals who wanna enjoy end game in a fun and yet competitive manner.

Take it easy, someone spammed a whole lot of bad stuff about exodus in every forum post, the comment was removed so it made no sense when u read it... my bad.
