how to build divinity in divinity mode?

Ethereal Boon. If an encounter comes off of cooldown while you're in Divinity, you'll gain Divinity anyway.

nope, it's replenished by using your encounter or at will powers and if you're in divinity mode, they're taking from divinity so obviously they won't add to it. It says you build it by doing damage, but the amount is not actually based off your damage, but by using the power.

I remembered I had a question about boon, is it a % of 1 pip? or a % of all pips?

10% of a pip, not of your current power.

I dunno if my eyes are playing tricks on me, but I used brand of the sun to ping multiple mobs prior to switching to divinity and the meter would raise by a few notches while the DoT is active. Not that significant but it's better than nothing.
