I really like the idea behind this, but its bit buggy. Here's what I've found so far.
Note: this is on an iPhone 4S and I've only messed with the professions-

- It shows tasks I'm not high enough to complete, even if I try and filter them out
- It sometimes takes time, and multiple button presses, to collect results
- Some tasks that I'm an appropriate level for will be grayed out anyway. If I select it, the start task button will be grayed out even after select the people
- Sometimes while selecting a person for the task, it will boot me back before I can even select anyone
