Great Weapon Fighter Power:Damage Ratio

So I'm looking at my Great Weapon Fighter right now, and he has 680 power.
I hover over the power attribute and 27.2 damage and healing bonus.
If I hover over strength it says 12% damage bonus.
How do I know how much power converts into one point in damage, and how much damage is given from strength.
And what is healing bonus? Is that life steal?

By dividing 680 by 27. for the first and adding 12% to it?
