I created a quick adventure (nw-dtwo4wgfi) and am seeing an issue where objective bosses do not spawn until the player draws near. Not sure why this is happening.
Repro:
1) Play quest nw-dtwo4wgfi
2) Advance to sewers
3) Advance to objective "Kill Underboss Varsha"
4) Go to Varsha's location
Result:
Varsha is not visible until you approach. Then she and her guards spring forth from the ground
Expect:
Should be visible immediately.
Other:
Only two settings for visibility seem available: Immediately and Objective In Progress. Bith exhibit the same behavior.
Put a 'reach Marker' Trigger before the encounter and set the critter as "Visible when component complete" (each separately) stating the component as the Marker Trigger. The critter will be there when you enter the area.

That doesn't seem to be an option. Once I make the encounter a "kill enemy" objective the available choices for visibility get limited to "Immediately" or "Objective in Progress".
If I am in the details view and choose another option it just snaps back to "immediately". If I am in the layout view then I only get the two options mentioned.
