Azure Enchantment bonus not stacking...

Has anyone else ran into this problem?

I have 2 Rank 5 Azure Enchantments equipped into boots and chest armor. However, it is only showing me with a 5% XP bonus gain, not 10% and both slots are labeled as "utility" slots.

Strange.

There seems to be a bug where only different ranks of this type of bonus stacks. It also affects the Coin and Glory bonuses.
