Does the on-hit bonus apply with DoT spells?

Also, where do you get the greaves for this set?

    It will apply on the initial application but not on subsequent dot ticks.

    It has several bugs associated with it. First, it stacks 3 times for what appears 4 seconds instead of the other way around. Secondly, it applies the debuff to friendly targets if you use sun burst, astral shield, healing word, or sun fire. I'm not sure on the other healing spells, I did not test those.

    As to where the greaves drop, I got mine from a dungeon delve chest. I think it was a pirate king run.
