Unable to put third rank into "Threatening Rush"

I have 2 ranks in "Threatening Rush", and went to put a third point in last night, but the button to increase is disabled.

Double clicking on the ability in the power tree also does nothing.

It's a known bug. You can add the third point later.

Well darn, I searched an searched and searched to see if this was a known bug so I didnt waste anyone's time, and came up empty.

Do you have a link documenting this by any chance?

It's a bug that affects everyone. I noticed my CW had a similar bug with one of the passives.
