Gateway Asking for One-Time Only Key When Accessing Webpage

I have been using the Gateway for keeping track of what crafting is going on for my character in Neverwinter and it is a great system but everytie I access the webpage it asks me to enter a new one-time only key to register my browser.
The problem is that I have only one computer that I use to access the webpage.
I use the same browser with no addons or anyting running on it.
But I log into the page and then have to access my webmail account to then get the number to enter to log in.
Very annoying since the emails all say it has registered my browser with the same IP address in all of them. It was up to 8 emails sitting there all saying the same thing.
Can someone look into this as it is making using a very useful tool a pain and annoying.
