Not true. There are better ways to help the game then to whine about it. There has been much constructive criticism. Unfortunately, I can't even see it because of the many whine posts.

That's the thing. To many people, any criticism is whining.

Are there tons of threads with very little constructive purpose behind them? Yes. But its gotten to the point where anyone who even tries to suggest improvements is shot down.

I can see wanting to keep rant threads to minimum, or threads just to make the game look bad. But many complaints are by people who honestly want to see this game succeed. That means this game needs to step it up to compete. There is a glut of alternatives and this game is too good to let go. There is a point where criticism ends and malicious negativity begins.

I can be very negative, but I do really love this game. I've so far invested $80 into it, and I don't regret it. But this game hasn't come close to reaching its potential.

If Cryptic is undermanned, or underfunded, then PWE needs to dig deep. They have more than enough money.

The community is the worst part of any MMO, and the forums draw the worst of the worst. Forums are filled with people rehashing the same complaints and feel they must create a new thread to do so...instead of responding in the multitude of other threads on the same subject. The worst of the bunch are immature posters (immature regardless of their actual age) that respond to threads with something like "learn to play" or "u mad bro?"...thinking it makes them hip or cool, failing to realize they are a big reason the gaming community just sucks overall. Though I do get a kick out of some of the "do this or your game will fail" threads...as they go on to describe how fixing bugs should be as simple as copying and pasting into paint.

This guy made an equally angry post into another thread. I searched all his posts for the lulz, man this guy has some serious daddy issues. He likes to throw the word "obnoxious" around a lot, amongst other fancier words he has no idea what they mean.

Coming from a guy who PMed me a handful of rage...I know what all of those fancy words mean. Why? Because they aren't fancy to me. You on the other hand find them exotic. Not a good sign for a person claiming intellectual superiority (That means you think you smarter than me) don't assume that just because your vocab never slouched past fourth grade, that everyone else's did.

P.S. I do have daddy issues, though I find it hard to believe they made any appearance in my posts.

    is the forum community.

So many whiners, its unbelievable. And the biggest whines are about the things that don't affect most people. All the actual issues get drowned out.

Seriously, stop making 1000 threads about the same thing. If someone made a thread about it, then post there. Or if you have any sense, post only positive things. Your obviously passionate about this game and want it to get better, but you go about it all wrong.

everyone has the right to make new threads and if they want to make one about the same issues others are having and posted about a day or 2 ago they can, and instead of you complaining about people speaking there mind just ignore the threads you see that are similar to others you have seen in the past.
