Identification scrolls

I have been killing in an area that drops level 60 equipment, I seem only to get drops of level 59
identification scrolls, am I missing something or do they not drop.

Or is this another buy zen to get more.

    You buy them just like the normal scrolls in the AD store...

    Hit Alt in game and click the fourth icon. Open the store and there are 3 types of scrolls. 1-29, 30-59 and 60.
