Are we going to have daily maintenance?

Just kinda curious, not every maint effects me personally but regardless of time I know it effects someone somewhere, and I find it odd that except maybe 2-3 days we've had one daily.

Is this going to be a common thing for NW?

When fixing bugs and exploits and server issues I hope they do have daily maintenance.

Other MMOs I have played it is usually once a week. But with the nature of the issues it is not a surprise that they have been almost daily

Of course daily. They need to assure that the cash shop works flawlessly.

Leaving aside any squabbling about Open Beta/Soft Launch, it seems to me that any MMO that is as new as this one is, is going to have to have ongoing maintenance, very possibly, on a daily basis. I imagine that as time goes by and issues are resolved, NWO will, sooner or later, devolve (or evolve) to a weekly maintenance.

Are you referring to MMOs that has been active for a while, or newly launched ones? Many newly launched MMOs have daily downtimes, if they're even playable, in the first week (and often a few weeks after).

Hey, having daily maintenance is a good thing, in my opinion. It means the devs are actually active in trying to fix stuffs.

Agreed, as much as people want to pull the "they have a store" card, it is beta and they do need to get fixes out. I've already seen fixes to numerous things that annoyed me and the server stability has been much better so things are improving. This particular patch is sorely needed as well.
