Voice chat problem

After the crashes Saturday, the voice chat hasn't been working for me or my friend at all. Today it for the most part started working, I can hear him, but he can't hear me. The mic test shows that my mic is working properly and he doesn't have me muted. I've tried both push to talk and open mic and neither work. Has anyone run into this before or any ideas what may be wrong? Apparently my mic is turning yellow for him, but no sound is going through.

    i have.. i can see their chat bubble but cant hear them
