Dyes not working..

So I just spent a little over 28,000 AD on a Nightmare Dye Pack and used it on my armor. Well In the preview box i saw what the armor would look like but when I hit ok it took the dye pack but did NOT change the way my armor looks. The tooltip on the armor even says 'has been dyed' but it is still the ugly default colors. This is the second time this has happened to me =/
