new to game 2 questions

1. im used to clicking mouse for actions but i think i like the the way this game is setup for actions. My question is how do you loot when in a group and the roll icon comes up you cant click on the need or pass ? told ya i was new.

2. i have a spell that says its active and i can move it to my bar however every space says can not be put here . its the wizard teleport action .

Shift 1 = Need
Shift 2 = Greed
Shift 3 = Pass

OR

Press Alt and you will get a mouse cursor to click things, but know you can't control your character when doing this.

Wizard's Teleport... that's the Shift Key one? I thought that was just automatic.

Simply hitting shift and a direction will do that. it's an innate skill, no need to put on action bar.
