I am stuck on which race I want to go with for rogue as in beginning stat wise and looks I am liking either Tiefling or Human. I am mainly going for high strength and dexterity as beginning stats so whichever is better for that and racial stats that work well with tr.

Tiefling and Human is a toss up;
The 3 extra feat points as a human basically get used to max out Toughness(+HP), and Disciple of Strength(increases the amount of bonus damage from str by 2/4/6%).
Tiefling gets 5% more damage on targets under 50% HP though, which is **** strong as well.
Actually, laying it out like this, I'd say Tiefling is probably a little ahead of Human.
