Ioun Stone of Allure, no avatar and shadow is human?

Got the Zen store Ioun Stone of Allure and when it is summoned there is no Avatar for it and it's shadow is Human form.

When in combat it appears as a crystal and then disappears. It has health and a level bar but as there is no avatar for it you cannot see them unless looking in character menu.

And catching a glimpse of a human shadow following you is pretty weird.

Is this a bug for everyone?

Maybe it's actually the crystallized soul of a tortured paladin, trapped in convenient buff-giving form!

It is supposed to be a floating stone. The shadow is a bug or a texture shortcut where they removed everything but the stone on a model. Since it is passive...who knows where it goes during combat.
