Tomorrow I will be off to the bank to inform them about how I have been charged for an online purchase and have not received what I purchased. A purchase made nearly 48 hours ago. Oh I almost forgot the best part! A purchase from which I NEVER received a confirmation email about from PWE... Yet I have been charged. I have sent in 4 tickets to billing about this issue and the only response I got was the auto response email verifying that my ticket has been received.

I have purchased game currency for nearly a dozen games now and by far this is the slowest and worst transaction system it has been my displeasure to come across. Would I recommend NWN to a friend maybe. What would I say to them if they told me they wanted to buy zen? I would say don`t. I would tell them about the poor customer service and how I had to go to my bank to put in a dispute to get my money back. I would tell them about how much of a hassle that was.

I would recommend Neverwinter Nights to all of my friends. Such a great series. And where can you buy Zen in a game that was developed by Bioware?

Neverwinter I am telling people about but there are some bugs that need to be worked out.

did you check your account wallet then transfer it to the game of your choice? That's a small thing that's not apparent at first.

Zen purchases are almost always instant. You just need to then shift them to the game you want to play.

    but cool story bro

Then personally I can't help you. I know it works. It says so in my wallet, my paypal account and my bank account tied to that. Perhaps you should talk to whoever runs the method you paid with to determine if you have been charged. And if you have, where your goods are.

BTW. Your PW wallet is not your neverwinter wallet. Go to "my account" from the launcher, then go to my wallet and heck the balance. Other than that all I can say is you didn't buy it or they didn't sell it.
