Why do Tieflings make such a weird noise when jumping?

Does anyone else notice the terrible noise when jumping as a Tiefling? It sounds like a dying dog. It's incredibly annoying and should be fixed or removed.

Sure you don't have a cloak on?

I've read elsewhere that an actual cloak (in the neck slot) really screws with some jumping audio file somehow for some reason.

Maybe they land on their tails?

Yes, I have a cloak on. After disabling the visuals on my cloak, sound is back to normal. I like my cloak. Why would cloaks do this? :(

I hate the disturbingly human grunting noise my Tiefling makes when jumping :\
I like that screechy noise, it sounds pretty **** cool to me. Did they patch it out or something?

The issue has to deal with certain cloak pieces. Please report any cloaks you find to be causing the unusual grunting sounds.

However please do so in a different thread. Please remember threads that have not been posted on in over 30 days are considered dead and it is best to simply create a new thread rather than continue an existing thread. :)
