I have been trying to get a reply about missing roughly 1.4 Million yes 1,400,000 astral diamonds form day one and all Ive gotten is a reply form them with a generic answer pretty much saying here is how astral diamonds work but nothing related to the fact that i have had 1.4 million of them vanish on me. I have petitioned this every week since it happened trying to get any sort of non-automated response, or at least one that bothers to be o subject, and two of those tickets have been deleted and my other one completely ignored for the past couple weeks.
Anyone else having this problem or something similar?
did they ever get back to you? i'm new to the game, but i'm pretty sure i had 13k ad when i logged off last night, but found that i only have 4k this morning. i placed stuff in the auction house and bought a few lesser id scrolls but that's all i remember doing anything with AD... wrote a ticket just now, but after seeing this, i have less hope for a non-automated response
I've had no problem with AD but I have had the problem of getting automated and totally irrelevant responses to petitions. I think I would prefer "frigg you we don't give a rat's butt" or the SWTOR model reply from a poorly paid person reading from a script "yes you have been screwed but I can't do anything about it - thank you for telling us and have a nice day".
Try Vanguard - the unofficial successor to EQ - they have the best customer service in the MMO world.
I'm not spending any more money (I've spent $100 in the last 2.5 months) on this game. FAR too many bugs and NO, ZERO, NADA, ZILCH...end game content (I have 4 level 60's).
This is the very reason that I'm not going to buy a founders pack ( even though I would really like to both to fund the game and for the in-game benefits it offers) , they seem to show a lot of interest in people before they spend cash on the game but if anything goes wrong they seemingly have little to no interest after you have spent money with them , such a pity really , a bad customer service department with a bad reputation can be the cause of a game to completely fail.
I have heard several tales such as this , and the even sadder part is that if you press the matter apparently they will refund you but at the same time ban the original account the AD went missing from and wipe it or something similar , it almost sounds like they have no way of tracing AD transactions on an account by account basis .
Alot of people are having alot of trouble with promises from PWE, purchases, ZEN/AD, and limited to no customer support, and when they cant even be really reached on Twitter or FB (their chosen forms of communication, instead of the traditional forums), I don't see how this trend will do anything but get worse... Hope you guys get your stuff back properly, and good that you voiced it here, so more people can learn about it.
I also am concerned about the continuing lack of response from tickets that I have put into the system. Played for over an 1/2 hour during Skirmish time and realised later that none of my games or invokes had generated Rough Astral Diamonds (first login for the day), and that my Rough count indicated 0 diamonds refined - bugged, and no response so far...
Might is not always right - the powerful sometimes forget that.

Without any context, all this shows is you can type "X AD Lost"...
I remember a similar thread. Guy went nuts yelling about stuff, and it turns out he kept losing diamonds by clicking on things that cost him diamonds, like renaming his pet and such.

if you think you are losing astral diamonds, there is nothing anyone here in the forums can do to assist you. you need to submit a ticket either in-game, using the support website or sending an email to customerservice@perfectworld.com providing as much information you have.
