How long does it take for the customer support to reply?

How long does it take for their customer service to reply? I don't want to create another account to play the game. I got banned because I enter this on chat "SpamSeller is spamming my mailbox" ... after 3 seconds I got banned... and I even spend some money and level my character to almost 50 now.... now they banned without even checking what I type. their filter automatically banned you even though you didn't do something wrong. Now I am really sad that a gamer who loves playing Neverwinter got banned because someone else is spamming on my mailbox.

    . Few days back i was released from this same issue and now am chat banned forever for 0 hours 0 mins 0 sec. Even after i filed a ticket they won't even response to my ticket. :(
