I have gotten customer support, 4 times, just fine.

So I see a lot of crying how supposedly there is no customer support in this game. It ofcourse is given it will take time, seeing the amount of people making support requests ( for example, one of my tickets was number 1,693449X. ) So there are a lot of support requests.

I just had to wait 1-3 days, and all my issues so far have been solved. They've been about regarding missing items and billing. So I ask you who bash the "lack" of customer care, that are you just doing your rage threads before waiting the time announced in the emails for example?

Or are you perhaps making them out of issues that can't be solved like a billing issue can, but requires game client wide attention?

Do you expect a response within 12 hours? Stop expecting.

I don't believe they put people at a different worth, therefore it's impossible you wouldn't get customer support just like I did, if you just wait it out. I'm not even a founder.

tl;dr: Made a ticket, didnt get response within a day, make a QQ thread bashing there's no customer care.

    So? Anyone have the balls to admit they actually got customer support after raging on the forums and just waiting the stated days?

    I sent a ticket 8 days ago. Nothing so far.

    Do you mean an ingame ticket, or one from the support link from the top of this site? Ingame tickets do nothing, Support link hasn't failed me.

    Well no wonder..

    My friend and I spent 2 hours duoing a dungeon only to be stopped by a bug before the final boss. Waited 2 hours after submitting our ticket before finally giving up. Complete waste of time and effort.

    The ticket system is broken too; doesn't display anything you've sent.

    Edit: Oh okay, you didn't even use the ingame system. MOVING ON!

    I have 3 tickets open for items that have been lost in the mail, this these are diamonds that i bought with IRL money so I lost IRL MONEY. It has been more then 5days and no response on any of the 3 separate times i have lost items in the mail. Customer support from my end sucks balls.

    OP is on my ignore list for being a PW apologist so I can't see what he's posting but I'm sure it's more of the same nonsense as he usually posts.

    They "lose" the tickets hoping they won't be remade.

    ... some questions are just not worth answering and the rest are usually prioritized.
    As a former "handler" i get how they may seem unresponsive.
    Everyone's quick to make noise when there's issue but once its resolved they're off in their own world again and nobody knows anything.

    So you're saying I'm the only one who is getting customer support? Sorry, but I'm having a hard time accepting that as the truth.

    And to maho4200, not my problem that you can't accept truths about how things work these days. I guess "PW apologist" translates to "QQ its not open beta QQ zen market too costly QQ too many bugs QQ too bad pvp QQ."

    I have no complaints. The one ticket I've filed was dealt with within a reasonable time to my satisfaction.

    And I am sorry but you have to be a troll, I have sent in tickets with no response. If you have gotten a response and the issue fix then that is great for you. Losing IRL money and not responding with in 72 hours is a pretty ****ty business practices, I hope in the future when a game comes out similar to this people remember how poor of a job this company did, but as you pointed out people have the memory of a gold fish when it comes to things they want.

    A friend of mine had to wait 6 days for a ticket, when they answered it they said they had lost it. She resubmitted another, that was 3 days ago. The issue is that she's missing an entire power permanently.

    Maybe just for a second you should use some common sense and realize you can't generalize your own individual circumstances to the entire playerbase and that the people complaining about long wait times have no reason to make such a thing up.

    People will find stuff to whine about regardless. Look at forums everywhere.
