CRASHED, now I cannot log anymore.

Topic.
While running Clock Tower, I crashed with my main character, now I cannot play anymore with him... Everytime I log, the game loads in the clock tower, freezes and crashes... I can log with my cleric, tho I dont want to play with him... Help, I already submited a ticket, but that didnt help 3 days ago when I opened other 2 regarding some bugs. Now this.
Edit: in the characters screen, I see he his in the clock tower... not much to do, I just that someone from crypt see this asap.

Edit: After approx 1 hour, I was able to access my character. She was no longer stuck in the dungeon, she was at the nearest campsite. Hurray!
