Few questions on why cant i do t2 dungeons?

does a companion really matter for a cleric / make a difference?

what is required for me to do t2 dungeons? ive done like 9, and only killed the last boss twice.

i want to say that im 95% sure im doing a GOOD/DECENT job, if not awesome in kiting/healing and etc
and blame my groups for not being able to kill/tank/coordinate/execute.

but what is required to do t2 dungeons, what should i change?

i AM only 9300 GS,
3082 power.
2353 critical strike.
1703 recovery.
980 defense.

attack/healing = 7332
crit chance = 32%
recharge speed increase = 24%
action point gain = 40%

any information you need let me know, i don't know if im, just under geared, or the general pubs suck...

any input would be appreciated!

sadly its just the amount of bad players that come from free to play games. In a decent group you shouldnt have to kite anything just blue shield and win. Most control wizards are awful and dont know how to play.
