(Mindflayer) Hardcore Mature Cleric looking for guild

I am looking to join a guild of like mindset to myself.
Who I am...
I prefer min/max playstyles, loot being considered guild/group owned and used to make the GROUP/TEAM as a
whole stronger, long term goals, and professional "let's get this done attitude".
PVE Gaming background:
Raid Lead: WoW, EQ1, EQ2, FFXI
Progression raid team: Rift, SWTOR
I prefer NOT to be in any leadership roles. I did enough HR and babysitting for multiple raid forces already.
I just want to sit back and be "pro" 8).
PvP Gaming background
Not applicable.. I do not "kids PvP-lite" in PvE games..
I do spend a few hours a day doing real PvP in a couple other games, I have NO interest in wasting ANY of
my time doing what passes for PvP here. So non-PvE guild need not apply.
Game time / Availability
Home time zone : CST (open)
Retired software developer with children in college. I have all the time in the world to waste away at
my keyboard doing what I love, which is playing MMO's. I will have about 4-8 hours a day to spend
in game.
What I expect from a Guild:
Voice com (required, quality voice services for small memberships are free now-a-days)
Mature, quality, loyal players (I detest immature, wanting to be handed everything leachers,
and those wanting to be carried to loot). FYI age is not a sign of maturity..
Minimum drama, I do not enjoy soap operas..
