Right now there are no wipes planned moving from open beta to release so to answer your questions, you don't get a zen reset when that change occurs at the moment.

I see these types of post EVERY day. The dev should just make a sticky that appear in ALL forums

THERE WILL NOT BE ANY WIPES!

and be done with it

There was an official news item or something along those lines...but everybody just seems to ignore those.

Yes any zen you spend now is spent for ever. There will be not wipes or refunds of zen.
