Are Skirmish Dailes Bugged?

I've just done 3/3 Gate Crashers for Skirmish Dailes, at lvl 51 still so I did not over level it, yet there is no option for me to turn the quest in.
Has anyone else had this issue? With any other dailes perhaps? This is unfortunate since I've wasted all the time I waited around queuing for it and making sure to stay at 51 till I did all 3 of Gate Crashers along with the AD rewards.
