Terrible heroic query system.

Been 60 for a day, 5/6 heroics I have joined spent a good 15 min kicking people trying to find a healer. Why is this not just a part of the normal dungeon finder? WHY would it stick 4 tr and a gwf in a group and expect them to be able to progress in a high level tier heroic?
