Is There an Estimated time for a GM in this game?

Man, I put in a ticket over 48 hours ago due to a problem with the auction house.

I sold a heavy Inferno Nightmare on the AH and I never got a mail with the Astral Diamonds. It's possible I may have deleted the mail as I was quickly deleting mails (hit delete button the enter twice) but I didn't see any mails with anything attached as I was doing this. Put a ticket in, no response yet. It's not the end of the world if they say it can't be fixed, I just wish they'd say already. I'm afraid to use the Auction House in case it obfuscates the problem in any sort of logging they might have in place.

So I figured it was the weekend over the weekend, but then I figured GMs probably work weekends as that's when people play the most. Still nothing though.

Edit: also, https://support.perfectworld.com has a redirect loop so it's impossible to check my ticket status on there. I've just been watching my inbox/spam folder.

    I have been waiting for over a week on one of my tickets. Still no response. I can't access the support page either, same problem as you. My suggestion is, send an e-mail to customerservice@perfectworld.com and explain your problem. Emphasize that you want an answer back to your e-mail since you can't access the support page. This is what I did. No response yet though. I hope it'll work out for you!

    Thanks for the information! Though I realise I've posted this in the bug forums. oops.
